Coping Stress Dalam Perspektif Al Qur’an

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tentu kita pernah mengalami stres, yang mendorong untuk melakukan coping stres supaya tidak terjebak dan terpuruk karenanya. Kajian mendapat perhatian besar dalam psikologi. ini menfokuskan diri pada upaya mengkaji perspektif al Qur’an, sebagai rujukan utama umat Islam. Tulisan bermaksud mengetahui pandangan Al Qur’an tentang emosi negatif menyertai sumber bagaimana menurut memperoleh lebih baik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data adalah beserta tafsirnya serta hasil telaah para ahli terkait stres. Hasil menjukkan bahwa : 1) memandang cobaan ujian dari Allah SWT ;2) Gejala seperti munculnya takut, sedih marah dilukiskan surat –Ambiya yat 140, Abasa ayat 33-37, Yusuf 84-86, At –Taubah 92, Al-A’raf 150 Thoha 92-94. 3) Ada banyak yaitu pertama musibah. Hal dijelaskan At-taghabun 11, Asy Syura 30 Ar-Rum 41. Kedua, Penyakit hati Baqarah 10, 179. Ketiga Berprasangka buruk kepada Allah, Fajr 15-17 Fath 12. Kempat berprasangka orang lain oleh Hujurat 12.: 4)Allah juga memberikan tuntunan mengatasi (coping stres), ikhlas, sabar, zikir, tobat, shalat, berpikir positif optimis. Pertama, ikhlas Taubah 91. Sabar qur’an asurat 153 155-157. Ketiga, zikir 152, Surat 130, Ar Ra’d 28. Kempat, Tobat, Az-Zumar 53, An Nisa’ 48. Kelima, optimis Al-Insyirah 5-6 Tawbah 51. Keenam baqarah Ghafir 60.
